What is the latest recommended sowing date for your 'late sown winter bird food' (AB9) Thankyou.
The late sown winter bird food is an autumn sown mixture including winter cereals so is designed to be sown anytime after harvest up until November depending on the weather, the best time to put it in would be September/October when the soil temperature is still up around 10 degrees.
