The data controller responsible in respect of the information collected on this website is South West Seeds (Cornwall) Ltd.
Everything we send out is on a 3-5 working day delivery service including both parcels and pallets. We do offer a next day delivery service, for this service the product must be ordered before 10am. Occasionally in peak seasons it may take an extra day or so as high volumes of orders do come in at once. Special mixtures may also take an extra day or so as these have to be specially prepared before being dispatched.
All products are carriage paid for in England, Wales and parts of Scotland. (Postcodes for Scotland include DG, TD, EH, ML, KA, G, PA1-19, FK, EH, KY & PH 1-7 ONLY). For other deliveries to Scotland (postcodes not in the above), Isle of Wight, Isle of Man and any other Isles, please enquire for a special price. Alternatively you can order as normal, and we will contact you over the phone or by email with a revised price. (Please note the additional carriage charge added on will be the cost to us, we do not make money out of carriage.)
Any prices at the time of issue are correct but are subject to market fluctuations and any fuel surcharges that we may incur.
Please contact us in reference to any returns. Bags and boxes must not be opened and must be in a resalable condition and must be returned within 28 days. If a special order/mix has been prepared for you, this is non-returnable.
