Grainstore Equipment Delivery Charges
Please note that the £10.50 delivery charge applies to the following grainstore equipment products; 100 Grain Weigher and Drilling Calculator, Fairweigh Hectolitre Test Weigher, Digital Thermometer, Unimeter Digital XL, Protim Grainmaster i, The Protimeter Fast Response Probe 1m, Harvester Grain Moisture Tester, Digital Grain Temperature Probe 2m, Sample Bags, Insect Bait Traps, K-Obiol Products and Pitfall Cone Traps.
Please note that the £13.00 delivery charge applies to the following grainstore equipment products; Standard Polycool Pedestal Unit, Evolution - Grain Fan With Built In Differential Temperature Controller, 'CROPCOOL' Temperature Controller, Screw In 'Trouble Shooter' Grain Spear, VBL 6/3 High Capacity Trouble Shooter Exhauster Fan, VBW 7 High Performance Fan, VBW 9 High Performance Fan and VBW 8/3 Exhauster Fan.
Non-Mainland UK and International Delivery
We are able to process orders from non-mainland UK addresses, including the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Ireland and the Channel Islands. Delivery surcharges for the relevant postcodes are calculated at the checkout.
How quickly will my order arrive?
Our aim is to dispatch all orders placed before 12 noon on the same day. Any orders placed after that time will be dispatched on the next available working day.
We will send you a notification email when your order has been dispatched. The time your order takes to arrive will depend on the delivery option you choose.
While we always try our best to dispatch every order following the above guidelines, during extremely busy periods dispatch times may increase by up to one day.
How can I track the status of my order?
You will receive an email to confirm we have received your order and that your payment has been accepted. You will also receive an email when your order has been dispatched.

What days will my order be delivered on?
Our couriers deliver between 07.00 and 18.00 Monday to Friday.
Will I need to sign for my order?
If you have chosen the ‘signed for’ delivery option, you will have to sign for your parcel upon receipt.
Special delivery instructions
If you have any special instructions for delivery, such as leaving your parcel with a neighbour, please include them in the ‘special instructions’ section at the checkout. Please note that our couriers will not respond to notes left on doors for security reasons.

If we cannot deliver your order within the specified time period we will make every attempt to contact you and provide an expected delivery time. If this delivery time is not suitable, you can cancel your order and we will provide a full refund.
How carefully is my order packaged?
We take great care in packaging your order using the necessary materials according to its weight, size and how fragile it is.
What do I do if my order arrives damaged?
If any item you receive from us arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible on 01208 881198 or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will then advise you on the best course of action. In most cases we will ask you to return the item to us for an exchange or refund.
In most cases we will refund the cost of posting the item back to us. Unfortunately we cannot refund your postage costs when you return an item to us.
Please do not return a damaged order to us without contacting us first.
All orders are thoroughly checked before leaving our premises. On receipt of your order we request that you check the items as soon as possible. If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please contact us on 01208 881198 or email@example.com. Please have your order number to hand when you contact us as it will allow us to find your order quickly.
If you are unsatisfied with your order in any way, please return it to us within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. The item must be unused, be in its original packaging and be suitable for re-sale. Items bought in the sale are non-returnable and non-refundable. Postage costs for returning items to us cannot be refunded, unless the item is faulty or damaged.
We recommend that you send your order back to us using a tracked delivery service as we cannot be held responsible for any parcel lost during transit to us.
